Features

Copy Alerts

You can now copy existing alerts to save time creating similar alerts. Clicking the Copy button opens the Create New Alert page containing the same criteria as the copied alert. The copied alert must have a unique name to be saved.

Chained Reports

Chained Reports allows you to execute multiple reports in a specific order and compile them into a single document. Once completed, the chained reports can be exported as Excel, PDF, RTF, or CSV file types.

Improvements

Dismiss Dropdown component option list by tapping away (mobile devices)

  • You can now tap anywhere on the form page to close the dropdown component list.

Dismiss on-screen keyboard after selecting name for Signature Component

  • The on-screen keyboard (mobile devices only) will disappear after a name is selected in a Signature component. This does not apply to signature components that allow custom name entry.

Updates to active and hidden Notifications tab totals

  • On the active notifications tab, only the number of active notifications appear. For example, if you have 100 notifications total and 30 of them are active and 70 are hidden, then on the active page the user would see the number 30.
  • On the Hidden Notifications tab, only the number of Hidden Notifications appear.

Change default color and style for Hyperlink Component

  • By default, hyperlinks will appear underlined and in blue font. Hyperlink styles cannot be changed.

Template Categories Table Update

  • The Template Categories table now has sorting capability. Click on the Name column header to sort the column Z – A. Click again to sort A – Z.

Updated A-Z Filters

  • The Users, User Groups, and Data Sources pages in Setup now have a “Show All” option added to the A – Z filter. The “Show All” filter is on by default until the user selects a letter to view by.

Fill Out a Form Page: Added Groups/Subgroup Dropdown

  • A Groups and Sub-Groups dropdown on the 'Fill out a Form' page is now available underneath the Category dropdown.
  • Dropdown options filter according to selections made in previous dropdowns.

Move Check Box Label

  • Label options are now available for the Check Box Component.

Control precision of calculated numeric values in Computed Component

  • The properties in the Computed component now features a Decimal Places control that allows you to choose the number of decimal places shown in the component on a form.
  • The lowest number supported in this field is 0 and the highest is 10.

Added Delete button to Forms toolbar for completed forms

  • You now have the option to delete any completed forms using the Delete button.
  • Users can only delete the forms they created.

Bug fixes

Fixes issue of:

  • Scheduled report 'Schedule Name' does not update
  • Add formatting support for four (4) digits in Notifications indicator
  • Update language in Create User dialog message
  • An error appears if try to delete group that include subcategory
  • Changes Detected dialog appears after saving form with date component
  • Applying label font formatting to multiple components that already have formatting causes resizing
  • Summing two Computed components is incorrect
  • The option "None" is not present within Dropdown lists that are part of a Table Component
